EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our products and our use of all natural ingredients. However, we understand that all skin-types are different and may not agree with some ingredients. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Should there be anything in the way of your total satisfaction, please refer to the following:

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS NOT TO MY LIKING
If you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us within 20 days from receipt of goods. In most cases, returns are processed as store-credit due to the nature of our products. However, in rare cases, we may accommodate refunds if the product has caused an unfortunate allergic reaction.

MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED
If you've received a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photos, within 48 hours of order delivery. Please take photos of the damage upon receiving your item.

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.
